The Loan officer is responsible for generating new sales production through existing referral partners, and/or leads. The Loan officer should be an expert in Total Mortgage Services’ suite of products, including all government sponsored programs, and be able to serve as a trusted consultant for customers that are applying for a new mortgage or seeking to refinance an existing mortgage.
